ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:

All Vibrant Yard Company LLC products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use, for a period of one (1) year for the date of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. Vibrant Yard Company LLC agrees to repair or replace defective products during the warranty period. If an identical product is not available, Vibrant Yard Company LLC may replace the product with a similar product of equal or higher value. Warranty is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase such as the original dated sales receipt.

This warranty does not include:

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents
• Normal wear and tear parts such as the Step ‘N Tilt aerator tines which will become dull as a result of normal use
• Damages resulting commercial use, rental or contract trade
